Returns Accepted for 30 Days

  • We accept returns for up to 30 days from the date of your order delivery. If 30 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Return Shipping

  • To make your return experience hassle-free, we offer free return shipping on all items 2lbs of under, and $14 on heavier items. However, we charge $60 shipping fee on our pedestals. Please contact our customer support team to initiate the return process.

No Restocking Fee

  • We do not charge any restocking fees. Your refund will be processed for the full purchase amount, including the cost of the item(s) and any applicable taxes.

No Final Sale Items

  • All items in our store are eligible for return, except for items marked as "Final Sale." Please be sure to check the product description to confirm if an item is eligible for return.
